HAI is a new kind of ladder. Created to take something ordinary and make it extraordinary.
Designed with a unique folding system to take barely any space when folded and maximum reachability when open.
When folded, HAI takes four times less space than the equivalent ladder.
The name "HAI" comes from the 3 positions of the ladder: Fully open, half open and folded.

When fully open, HAI is 3 meter long.

For safety reasons, when HAI is in its half or fully open position, the joints lock automatically to make sure it won't open.

A chair made out of 100% EPP (Expanded polypropylene). For stability, robust and comfort while being extrem light-weighted and 100% Recyclable.

EPPic rendering
For a prototype, to built a tool to get the EPP into form would be too expansive, but with a ready-made EPP block and a CNC milling machine, it was possible to form the prototype.
The EPP block was not big enough to mill the final form in one piece. Therefore the form was divided into 4 pieces.
The pieces were glued together to receive the final EPPic form.

An analog pinhole camera made out of toilet-paper roll and 3D printed cups.
The sticker comes with a pinhole and is places on another bigger hole in the TP roll.

Fun fact: The photo was taken midday and the junction was full with driving cars and pedestrians but due to the long exposure time only the idle objects are seen.
